His Place Cathedral of Faith is committed to building phase one of the center, as well as initially covering the cost of the building overhead. The Hartford Community Center board is committed to developing the plan, staffing and funds to carry out the programs, as well as raising funds to complete final phases and equip it for use.

Phase One: 9,000 sq ft steel building with rough plumbing & heat	$230,000
Phase Two: electric, framing & completion of restrooms	$ 85,000
Phase Three: finish interior including kitchen, gym, offices, etc.	$105,000
Equipment & Furnishings	$ 70,000
Program development & staffing	$ 75,000
