His Place: Hartford Community Center will provide a safe, nurturing environment where programs will be designed to place emphasis on school age children; providing a center where people can learn from one another, increase community awareness and improve community involvement and ownership. Programs will be organized to enrich and support the needs of the adults and senior citizens of Hartford.
